The Centre has a Management Committee consisting of parents that use or have used the service. Their role is to direct the service to ensure the overall management is smooth, effective and all relevant legislation is adhered to. A good level of communication exists between the educators and management to allow for positive development and the implementation of a quality service.
Management must ensure that service policies and procedures reflect legislation while providing staff with relevant and current information and resources. For the purpose of Regulations, the Management Committee is the Approved Provider. As the Approved Provider, The Management Committee will ensure that all aspects of governance and management are clearly articulated and complement the service Philosophy. The Management Committee will ensure that copies of the current policies and procedures required under Regulation 168 are available for inspection at the service at all times (as per Regulation 171).
